I am staying at a Disney resort hotel from 1st-15th December 2025. I’ve seen we can book dining 60 days before + 10 days. Does this mean if we wanted to make dining reservations 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, we’ll still be able to book that 60 days out as well?

Hello there, Vigil Marie! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question. December is such a magical time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The holiday décor, festive treats, and extra seasonal touches make it one of my very favorite times of year. I’m so glad you’re already thinking about dining reservations!

Now, to clear up the confusion, let me explain how this works! Basically, you can begin making reservations 60 days before your check-in date at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. In addition to that, you’ll also have the ability to book your dining for the length of your stay, up to 10 days. However, this doesn’t mean that you automatically get an extra 10 days beyond your vacation. It simply applies if your trip itself spans that long.

In your case, since your stay is from December 1 through December 15, you’ll be able to book for your entire vacation starting 60 days prior to December 1. That means you’ll have access to make reservations for December 1 through December 10 on that day. Then, as each new day approaches within that 60-day window, you’ll be able to continue booking the remaining days of your trip. What you won’t be able to do is jump ahead and book December 11–15 at the same time as December 1–10. You’ll need to wait until you’re 60 days out from each of those later dates.

So, to answer your question directly, no, you won’t be able to make reservations for December 11–15 right at the 60-day mark from December 1. You’ll only be able to secure those dates as they individually fall within your 60-day window.

Vigil Marie, I know that’s a little bit more structured than what you might have been hoping for, but the good news is that you’ll still be able to cover your entire vacation with plenty of planning time. My best tip is to prioritize your must-do dining for the earliest days of your trip, since those are the ones you’ll have access to right away. If you have any other questions for us, please don't hesitate to come right back here! We're always available and more than happy to help. Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,
