We are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel during our vacation. We would like to have family who will be staying off-site visit us at our hotel. What is the policy for visitor parking at the hotels?

    Hello Margaret,
I totally understand your question because when I visit Walt Disney World Resort from all the way over in the United Kingdom, one of my families greatest joys is being able to catch up with our dear friends who are lucky enough to reside year-round in Orlando.
As I'm sure you're already aware there is a plethora of Parking options available to all Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort and in my own personal experience our visiting friends have never encountered an issue when arriving at the security gates to our Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  Our visitors simply explained the purpose of their visit, provided our family name (which is linked to our Resort reservation) and of course showed their Valid ID to the Cast Member on duty before being permitted to park their vehicle in the hotel parking lot.  However, it does go without saying that Disney Park & Resort Security Measures are always subject to change.
I'm sure you'll enjoy a magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort making memories with your whole family which are sure to last an entire lifetime!
    Have a great Disney day.
