Hello - we are staying at Disney Port Orleans in October - can we use swimming pools at Disney Beach club before dining?!

    Hi Sarah,

Congratulations on your upcoming trip!  You are going to have a great time on your vacation.  I adore the Port Orleans Resort hotels and I feel these moderate resorts have lush and immaculate grounds that rival the Deluxe class of Resort hotels.

Unfortunately only Guests staying at the Beach Club or Yacht Club have access to Stormalong Bay.  Access to their pool area is restricted and Guests must show their Resort ID or touch their MagicBand to enter.  However if you are interested in viewing this area, you can get a good glimpse of this mini-waterpark from the walkway along Crescent Lake.  Taking a stroll along Crescent Lake is a lovely way to spend time if you arrive before your Advanced Dining Reservations.

Sarah as a Guest of the Port Orleans hotels you are entitled to use any of the pools at Riverside or French Quarter.  I have used both of these sister hotel's pool and spa areas and love them both equally.

Thank you for your question!  If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, please come back and visit us again.  We are always happy to help.

    Blessings,
