If staying at a Disney partner hotel in Disney springs will we still receive magic bands? Also, Is the transportation still as easy and frequent as staying on property at Walt Disney world ?

    Hi Jamie!

No matter if you are a guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, or a guest of a Disney Springs Resort Area Hotel, you will be engulfed in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort! Thankfully, as a guest of a Disney Springs Resort area hotel, you are entitled to some of the same benefits as a Disney World Resort hotel guest

If you are a guest of one of the 7 Disney Springs area hotels, you will not receive a MagicBand; however, you are free to purchase a MagicBand ahead of your stay. The MagicBand will allow you entrance into the theme parks and enable you to use it at the attractions of your FastPass+ selections. If you purchase a MagicBand, be sure to link it to your My Disney Experience account so that you will be able to make your FastPass+ selections at the appropriate time.

Transportation frequency will depend on the resort you choose, as they all have different schedules as it relates to being transported to the magic. The good news is that you will find most will run their buses roughly every 30 minutes.

    Have a magical day!
