    I am staying in a Disney Hotel (Caribbean) from September 9 th to 20th. May I make me send a purchase from Amazon to the hotel reception? What happends if it arrives before me? Is there an additional charge or limitation?Regards

    Hi Marina! I have often had the need to ship a box or two ahead to my Disney resort. I have never had any issue from doing this and have not only shipped it myself but had things shipped directly from another company.

    You will want to address your package in this manner:

    Your name-GUEST
    Arrival date - September 9, 2013
    Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort
    900 Cayman Way
    Lake Buena Vista, FL  32830

    It is important you put the name that your reservation is in or things can get confusing. You can have it arrive a couple of days ahead but don't do it too long as it can get pushed into a corner and forgotten. When you check in tell them you have a package that was shipped and they will go and find it for you. They will then have it delivered to your room via the bell staff. There will not be a charge for shipping it to your resort. Please keep the tracking number from Amazon and bring that with you in case an issue should come up. Like I said, I have done this many times and have always had my package(s) waiting for me when I arrived. It was especially helpful when I needed to send diapers, baby formulas, bottles, etc.
