Hello. I will be staying at Disney for the first time from 10/10 - 10/16 at the All Star Music Resort, I am travelling with my husband, Grandma and 2 boys who are 10 and 13. How should I decide what parks to visit on what days - we have 4 days of tickets

    Hi Natalie!

Congratulations on your upcoming first vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Deciding which parks to visit on a particular day is a personal choice; however, you are visiting during a great time. The best thing is that you have 4 day tickets, so you will be able to enjoy each of the 4 theme parks.

I would base my decision on several factors:
    1. Desire of my family.
    2. Extra Magic Hours - This can be tricky. If Extra Magic Hours occur at Disney's Hollywood Studios, one might avoid that park, because it could potentially be crowded. On the other hand, one might want to experience it, to be able to have extra time in that park.
    3. Advanced Dining Reservations - If you have reservations at The Garden Grill at Epcot, then plan a visit to Epcot for that day, because of dining.
    4. Will you attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? If not, on that event day, I would visit Magic Kingdom Park earlier in the day or another day.
I hope this helps and gives you some insight into what may or may not work for you and your family. Please let us if you need additional assistance, we would love to help.

    Have a magical first time!
