I am staying at Disney and customized my magic bands. I also bought magic bands and linked them to my account. Will the free ones still be sent to me?Can i use both during vacation? Will my name appear on its a small world ride with the purchased band?

    Hi Nicole,

I'm so excited to hear that you're staying at a Walt Disney Resort!  You're going to have such a blast!!!  I'm glad to have this question as I am a MagicBand addict.

Since you say you've linked your customized MagicBands to your account, I know that you are already signed up to My Disney Experience.  You can definitely have your free MagicBands sent to you, but you need to request them.  Please look up your reservations on the link I've provided and you'll be able to find where to place your order.  By the way, purple was just released and it's SUPER CUTE!  You will be able to use both of your MagicBands during your vacation.  I know, because my daughter and I coordinate our bands to our outfits (I told you I was an addict).

As for your name appearing at the end of the It's a Small World attraction, the system will recognize all registered MagicBands, but there is no guarantee that your name will appear.  Because there are so many Guests passing through, the system chooses names randomly.

Wishing you the best vacation ever!  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!
