Hey Howdy Hey Emily and welcome to planDisney!
I love your idea so far to travel over to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and watch the
Disney Enchantment nighttime show from the beaches at the Polynesian. Watching the fireworks from the beach of the Polynesian is such a great experience for so many reasons. The biggest of which is the lack of crowds as you mentioned! There are some specifics involved in getting to the resort so let's review how to make it to the Polynesian to view the show.
Now, as a Guest staying at a
Disney Resort Collection hotel, you are more than welcome to stop by another resort to experience the resort and the amenities they offer such as a view of the nighttime shows. The catch would be how you get there. As long as you take
Disney Resort Transportation, you should not have any issues. If you had a car and plan on driving to the resort, you must have a dining reservation to park in the parking lot.
What you might be able to do, is take a bus from
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort over to Magic Kingdom and then a quick monorail ride to the Polynesian. Grab a seat at the beach, and a Dolewhip of course from
Pineapple Lani, and get ready for the spectacular show! You might want to hang around for a bit afterward as you will also have the opportunity to view the
Electrical Water Pagent shortly after the fireworks. You would then take the monorail to Magic Kingdom and the bus back to your resort.
The other options you might want to look into to experience Disney Enchantment without the crowds are taking advantage of
Fairytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise or the
Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors& Fireworks at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Both of these options are phenomenal with fantastic and unique views of the fireworks from the water or high atop the Contemporary Resort.
I hope this information helps to clear up your plan to view Disney Enchantment. This nighttime show is a spectacular addition to Magic Kingdom and one you do not want to miss! Good luck with your continued planning and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out, we would be happy to help!
Happy Planning,
Nick
