    We are staying at the Disney Boardwalk Villa's in September. Can you request a Boardwalk view upon check in or does this request have to be done before we arrive?

    Hi Donna!
    You can certainly note the request on your reservation ahead of time, but certain views cannot be guaranteed, even in advance.
    I suggest making the request, but more importantly, upon check-in, I think it would be wise to turn on the charm with the Cast Member who is checking you in. A "spoonful of sugar" goes a long way in trying to get the little "extras". I have always found that a little extra kindness in person yields the best results.
