We are staying at 2 different Resorts for our vaca. I am getting a Garden Grocer delivery at the 1st resort. When we go to Bell Services to have our luggage brought to the 2nd resort, will Disney transport refrigerated items, such as milk?

Hi Beth, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am happy to confirm that Bell Services will be more than happy to assist in transferring luggage and groceries/perishable items between your two Walt Disney World Resort hotels. I have personally had groceries transferred between two Disney Vacation Club Villas on a trip last year, and verified today with Bell Services that there has been no change in this policy.

The Cast Member who I spoke with advised that you should pack all grocery items requiring refrigeration separately so that they can be easily identified before handing the items over to Bell Services. In most cases, your luggage and groceries will be transferred to your new Resort by late afternoon.  Upon check in at your new Resort, you should remind Bell Services when calling for delivery of your items that you have both luggage and refrigerated items. Sometimes you may even find that your refrigerated grocery items have already been delivered to your room and placed in the refrigerator at your new Resort before you even check in.

Should you have any other questions as you continue planning for your upcoming trip, please send them our way. We would love to hEAR from you!
