We are staying at 2 different resorts during our trip. Our question is, on the day that we check out of one resort to go to the other, how does our luggage get to the other resort? Can Disney transportation do this for us while we enjoy parks?

    Hi, Kevin!

Doing a split stay between two Disney Resort hotels is fairly common, so the wonderful Cast Members at Bell Services will be happy to assist you.

On your check-out day from your first resort, have your bags packed and dropped off to Bell Services. Check-out time is 11am, but feel free to drop your bags earlier if you have dining plans or just heading out for the day. Bell Services will have your bags transferred to your new resort. Stop by Bell Services at your new "home" when you arrive (check-in is 3pm) and you can take your bags to your new room and get settled in.  You should receive a text when your room is ready which will have your room number.

During the middle of the day, you will be unable to access your luggage, so keep any necessities - medication, sunscreen, etc, with you. There are lockers in the theme parks if needed.

Wishing you double the magic during your double-resort stay! Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
