I will be staying in 2 different Disney Resorts during our visit. Will Disney transfer my luggage for me? And if not, how can we do this when I am reading that luggage isn’t allowed on the buses. Thank you

    Hi Terra!
    Welcome to planDisney.

I am excited to see that your wonderful vacation is just around the corner, and a split stay between two Disney Resort hotels is a lovely way to explore different areas of Walt Disney World Resort!

Our helpful Cast Members at Walt Disney World want to do everything to make your hotel stay enjoyable and relaxing, so when you move between two Disney Resort hotels you don't need to worry about moving your luggage - just stop by Bell Services, located by the Front Desk, and tell them you are moving to another hotel, and they will take care of your luggage and deliver it for you.  You can then go and enjoy your day!

When you arrive at your second hotel, check with Bell Services that your luggage has arrived.  You can either take it with you (if your room is ready) or they will deliver it to your room for you.  You will need to be present in your room to accept delivery.   The usual check-in time at Disney Resort hotels is 3.00 pm, but if you use Online Check-in you will receive a text message or email (whatever is your preference) with details of your room number when it is ready for you.

It's worth noting that Bell Services will also store your luggage for you on your arrival day if your room isn't ready, and after you check out on your departure day if you want to spend some time at the resort or the parks before it's time to go home.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  You can also send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
