Hi, Amber! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. I actually have a split-stay vacation at Walt Disney World Resort coming up soon. To check out new resort features and a "new to us" resort, we are staying at three different resorts! Disney Cast Members do a great job of helping make vacations such as these as easy as can be. Just a little tip for you - Bell Services can take care of your luggage for you on the day you need to transition to your second resort. Just give them the information on your new resort and they will send everything over that day. In my experience, it has taken just a few hours for our bags to find their new home. This gives you the chance to head out and enjoy your day, whether that be a lazy day by the pool or a pixie-dusted day in the theme parks.
Amber, as a guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you are able to make all of your
Advance Dining Reservations up to 180 days in advance of your Resort hotel check-in date. Once you are 180 days out from that day, the booking calendar will open to include the entire length of your vacation. That said, I have been told by Cast Members before that, when doing a split-stay, only the dates of the first stay will initially load. Then, as you are 180 days out from that second resort's check-in date, the remainder of your days will load. In my personal experience, however, I have had the entire length of my stay load all at once, from first resort check-in date through the last resort's check out day. This also happened when making my
FastPass+ selections. Sending you lots of pixie dust that the same happens for you on your magical Advance Dining Reservation booking day!
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
