Staying at a deluxe studio at Boardwalk Villas for 5 nights in January. Do they replenish Keurig pods when we run out? What about the disposable cups? I know housekeeping does not come, but are we still able to ask for these things + extra towels and such?

Welcome to planDisney.

I'm happy to say that you will receive housekeeping during your stay - rooms at Disney Deluxe Villas will receive daily full housekeeping service unless you are using Disney Vacation Club Member Points. If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member staying at a Disney Vacation Club Resort using Member Points or a Member Cash Discount, you will receive trash and towel service on the fourth day of your visit. For guests staying more than 8 nights, you will receive full cleaning service on the fourth day of your visit and trash and towel service on the eighth day of your visit.

If you need coffee supplies or any other amenities such as disposable cups, fresh towels or toiletries, please call Housekeeping from your in-room phone, or visit the Front Desk of your hotel. Extra supplies will be delivered to your room the same day.

Did you know there's a new fun way to request anything for your room? It's "Hey Disney!". Just ask for whatever you want (within obvious reason!) and your request will be catered to. You can also ask for extra bedding, pillows or towels the same way.
