We will be staying at DBC in about 2 weeks and I'm curious about Stormalong Bay. Will my son be able to wear a snorkeling mask in the pool? Are tubes supplied for the lazy river? And is there a height requirement for the large water slide? Thank you

    Hi Steven!

You have picked one of my favorite Walt Disney World resorts!  My family LOVES the Beach Club, especially because of Stormalong Bay.

Your son is more than welcome to wear swim goggles or a snorkel mask in the pools.  Chlorine tends to bother my son, so he likes to wear goggles when splashing around.

Tubes are provided in the lazy river.  There are single and double tubes that are floating around.  They are not permitted to be taken out of the river and are first come first serve.

There is no height or age requirement for the slide, but guests must be able to go on their own.  The entrance to the slide is across from the pool in the shipwreck.

    Have a magical day!
