    hi we are staying 6 days and will be stay"n at the all star resort ... Question... can we stop by a walmart to buy some food to keep in room....bread. peanut butter.. juice box, chips.

    Hello, Mynelda!

    You've got a great plan, here, stocking your room with food to enjoy during your stay.  You most certainly can stop at the store of your choice before you enter Walt Disney World property; when we've driven or taken the auto-train to Florida, we're sure to tuck as many of these items into any available space we may have in the car as well. Moreover, all of the Value Resorts are scheduled to receive mini-refrigerators in each room this year.  Check online or call reservations (407) 939-7905 before you go in order to see if your resort's refrigerators will be installed by then; if so, this will really increase the type of items you'll be able to keep in the room, too.

    Your resort gift shop will also have a limited number of grocery selections, so if you run out of something, you may be able to find a replacement there that will do, too.
