Hello Clare and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It certainly sounds like you've planned an incredibly magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort and I can just imagine how excited you must be about visiting!
You might have done this already, but how about creating a My Disney Experience account where you can make Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days in advance of your holiday plus using confirmation numbers issued by your UK travel agent for your Disney Resort accommodation, Ultimate Disney Tickets and so on you should be able to input all that information enabling the ability to make FastPass+ selections up to 60 days ahead of visiting.
Should you require any extra assistance I recommend speaking with a knowledgable Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone telephone number for My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ contained within this Walt Disney World Phone Directory link.
Until your next holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, have a great Disney day!
