We are staying 4 days in one of the resorts, and have not purchased a dinner plan. So, is that really necessary? or we can have our meals on-the-go, just getting into any of the restaurants?

    Hello Alejandro,
Thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question about Disney Dining.
I'm a huge fan of the Disney Dining Plan; I find it very good value for money for my family as we love eating at different restaurants and trying lots of new foods while we're enjoying our vacation. Because the Disney Dining Plan is pre-paid it allows the pleasure of not considering the cost of meals during your stay, which in turn gives more freedom of choice.
However, if you prefer eating smaller snack meals on-the-go or are perhaps a choosy eater you might not get good value for money from a Dining Plan and would be better off paying out of pocket, as you go.
Whichever way you choose to dine I recommend making some Advanced Dining Reservations for your favorite restaurants.  You can make reservations up to 180 days in advance of your Resort stay by calling 407 939 3463 or online via My Disney Experience or on the move with My Disney Experience Mobile App.
    Have a great Disney day.
