Staying 9 days/8 nights w/6-Day base tickets. We won 1-Day Hoppers at a school raffle that we want to use on arrival day. Link to bands? Or use plastic cards? Will the system know we're using the Hoppers if we link them? Thanks!

Hi, Lynn! Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It’s curious guests like you that are the beating heart of the panel! Your question is actually very similar to one that I asked the panel a few years ago.

First of all, let me congratulate you on your big win! I’m sure your feel like Mrs. Incredible wielding those tickets! Yes, you’ll want to add those to your online My Disney Experience account by entering the 12 digits on the back of the hard ticket. Make sure you write on the ticket your individual guest names so they aren’t mixed up and you can present the Cast Members at the touchpoints, should you need to. Once all the tickets are linked up, you can call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. You’ll want to ask for a Cast Member to help you “prioritize” your tickets. If you want to use your winning 1-day ticket first, ask for that to be prioritized. You can also do this at any Walt Disney World Resort park ticketing window, if the help desk turns you down.

I hope you have a fabulous vacation, and please return to ask me another question. I’ll be just around the riverbend! ~ Lindsey P.
