We are staying 5 days at ASM, and taking carry on luggage only. When we use DME, we will take with us. Will we have to take with parks with us or can we leave at resort? Arriving at 10am, and check in isn't until 4pm.

When you arrive Orlando, make your way to Disney's Welcome Center desk where you will receive your Disney's Magical Express bus assignment. Note that there are no signs in the airport pointing you to this desk so you will need to follow directions provided in your booklet.

    Here's a quick walk-through:
    For Magical Express:
In Orlando, exit the jetway. You will be in the gate area of Terminal A.
Follow signs to the Main Terminal/Baggage Claim.
Board the "train" to the Main Terminal. Doors open automatically.
In the Main Terminal, you are on Level 3.
Follow signs to the B side of the Main Terminal.
Proceed down the escalator or elevator to level 1 (follow signs for Ground Transportation).
Disney's Welcome Center is in the opposite direction of the car rental desks.

A Disney representative will ask that only 1 member of your party enter the Welcome Center line. There are chairs nearby where the rest of your party can hang out with your carry-on luggage.

You will need the booklet sent with your Magical Express tags and your baggage claim tickets. DME will confirm your departure flight. You'll receive your bus assignment, retrieve your family and step on to the red carpet. You will be directed to the correct bus.

When you arrive the All Star Movies Resort, you will check in at the Front Desk. If your room is not ready, you can leave your carry-on luggage with Bell Services. They will store your bags until you return from the parks.
