Hello, Cody, and welcome to planDisney!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorite
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. The traditional African theming, the ability to see all sorts of animals freely roaming the savannas, and of course, Sanaa, are just a few of the reasons people are drawn to this amazing resort. While I haven’t had the chance to enjoy
Sanaa for breakfast yet, it is our number one dining reservation for dinner when we visit (it’s the Indian-style Bread Service for me). Looking over the
breakfast menu, I don’t know if I could decide between the Boere Breakfast or the Shahi Tukra French Toast and would probably order both just to be safe.
Cody, you are right that Sanaa doesn’t require reservations for their quick-service breakfast. Typically, the Cast Member working at the parking gate of the resort would like to see either proof of a hotel reservation for the resort or a dining reservation to grant Guests access to the parking lot, but since you will have neither, explain that you are there to try the Sanaa breakfast, and parking should be no issue. You can offer to show your reservation for
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to show you are a Guest of a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, but it shouldn’t be necessary. Your other option is to enjoy one last ride using the complimentary resort transportation. You could always hop on a bus from your resort to
Disney’s Animal Kingdom and then a bus from Disney’s Animal Kingdom to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and you won’t have to worry about parking (or driving) at all!
I hope this information helped, Cody, and I hope you have an awesome visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort!
Cheers,
Brent
