Hello, I am staying at CSR for the Marathon in January. I picked this resort based on the queen sized beds, the spa, and the price. However, as a single female traveler, I am nervous about the size of the resort. Any recommendations?

Hi Allison, You chose Coronado Springs Resort for all the right reasons. I think that you will really enjoy the amenities. While the Resort is large and spread out, they do offer an Internal Shuttle System. There are marked golf carts that bring guests to and from all the different villages of the Resort. You'll find designated stops in each of the villages as well as at the Main Building (El Centro).

I wanted to share that I traveled solo to Disney at the end of February, and stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort. The size is comparable to Coronado Springs (even a bit larger). I personally felt completely safe the entire time. Disney does have on-site security available as well. In addition, you can always stop by the Guest Services Desk and ask to have a bell person drive you to your room on the golf cart if you feel that would help you feel more at ease.

Hope this helps! Enjoy the marathon and have a Magical vacation,
