Staying @ CSR early Sept. '18, standard room, 2 adults. Not concerned about prox. to pools. Wanting to be close to El Centro & bus stop, & in a renovated room. Casitas buildings 4/5 or Cabanas the best options? Thinking ranchos too far for us

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kaitlyn! Staying close by to the amenities you want most is important! I tend to ask for different things each time, and while Cast Members will always do everything in their power to meet your request, nothing is ever 100% guaranteed.

That being said, I think Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort has a few options that would work for you. Casitas buildings 4 and 5 would suit you well, but I would also consider Cabanas buildings 9A and 9B (some of these buildings have indeed been refurbished). They have quick access to El Centro as well as the main building bus stop, AND are located conveniently to the pool, should you want to “wake the temple” with your kids in the morning. You may be able to collect a certificate if your family is chosen and wakes the waterfall with ease. Be sure to notate these requests with Online Resort Check-In, which is a great way to skip the front desk and get you to the fun faster!
