Staying at CSR, departure flight leaves 3:55 pm, so I made lunch reservations at Sanaa for 11:30. We'll take a taxi back to CSR to get our stuff from bell services, can we schedule ME later than standard 3 hours before flight? Seems to be cutting it close.

    Hi Jennifer!

I'm so happy to be able to help you get ready for your trip! Enjoying the dining, shopping, and other activities in the Walt Disney World Resort hotels a great way to spend the last day of your trip. You will receive the official time of departure for your ride on Disney's Magical Express to the airport on the day before check-out in the Transportation Notice delivered to your room. That time is generally three hours before your flight for domestic flights. So for a 3:55 p.m. flight, you can estimate that you will depart from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort at approximately 12:55 p.m. For me and my family, an 11:30 a.m. lunch reservation at Sanaa is cutting it a bit too close to have a comfortable travel day. I think lunch at Sanaa is best enjoyed when you and your family have time to relax and enjoy the animals right outside the window. Plus, their Indian-style Bread Service appetizer is amazing and our family likes to enjoy it prior to our main course. For me, that doesn't leave enough time to travel back to your hotel, navigate through both resorts, pick up your bags from Bell Services, and navigate to the Disney's Magical Express stop.

With your departure time, I would recommend making a reservation for breakfast to ensure you and your family have plenty of time to make it for your departure time. For lunch, I would recommend enjoying a counter service restaurant either at the resort you choose to visit or back at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort prior to your departure. If you are interested in enjoying Animal Kingdom Lodge, Boma offers a fantastic breakfast buffet selection which includes some African flavors. If character dining interests you, check out Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort or 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
