Hi. Staying at CSR this December with Dining Plan. We always get a QS meal on the day we check out. Our refillable mugs do not work on check-out day though our snack and meal credits are still good. Why doesn't Disney allow the mugs to work?

    Hi, Alvin!

Your refillable mugs should absolutely work on your check-out day with the Disney Dining Plan. The only time they might not is if your vacation extends beyond 14 days.  Otherwise, if you have any difficulties with your mug, see a Cast Member for assistance.

Make sure to use up the last of your snack credits before leaving. You can always use any extra credits for pre-packaged snacks such as crackers or pretzels.  A perfect snack to enjoy on your way home.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
