Staying at CS in May. I have fibromyalgia. Worried re: walking/standing at resort/parks. I have a disability card, but walk when I can. If I flare up during my stay, what are best options/tips? Doctor's note? Particular room location or specific requests?

    Hello, Sheryl,

I would make certain to make a building request with a notation about your condition.  At Coronado Springs the Casitas (specifically bldg. #1) are close to the main building (dining and transportation).  Similarly, the Cabanas (specifically bldg. #9B) are also nearby and a bit closer to a bus stop, but a bit farther from the main building.

If you have your own car, you may prefer the Casitas because you should be able to park close to your building while the Cabana buildings that I referenced don't have parking directly next to it.

If you are comfortable working with a zoom bar, you can actually explore a map of Coronado Springs Resort. Once you identify the larger lengthy building, you'll see clusters of buildings that are around the perimeter of the lake.  The Casitas building are the ones to the left of the main building while the Cabana buildings are to the right.  If you look really closely, you'll see white rectangles, which are buses at the bus stops.

To make a room request, I'd call 402-939-1000 at least 4 days and no more than 10 days in advance and ask for the back office or room assignment department.

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.
