Hello, we are staying at CR and then going on the Dream I was wondering if we would have enough time to wake up early and head to downtown Disney to get DD made up at BBB before heading on the cruise? Trying to start our trip off perfect! Thanks

    Hi, Samantha!

If you have your heart set on getting your princess' makeover done the day your Disney Dream cruise sets sail, it's possible -- you're just going to have to make sure all the arrangements are in place ahead of time. First of all, check with Bibbidi Bobbodi Boutique at Downtown Disney about the earliest possible appointment on Embarkation Day. If you don't have a car on Walt Disney World (WDW) property, you'll need to either take a taxi (15-20 min) or WDW transportation (30 min-1 hour). The appointment will probably take about 1-1.5 hours, and then you'll need to travel back to your resort to grab your belongings.

If you've previously arranged Disney Cruise Line (DCL) ground transportation, you will be instructed on when and where your motorcoach will pick you up for transportation to Port Canaveral, and more than likely, you will have passed off your luggage to them the night before or early that morning. Or, you can arrange for a car service to pick you up at your resort and take you to the cruise terminal -- so that you don't have to try to squeeze in too many appointments in one morning. The earlier you arrive at the port the earlier you board -- and the terminal opens around 10:30 a.m. All guests must board before 4 p.m.

I hope that helps you plan, and let me know if you have more questions. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
