Hi! Staying at Coronado in about 2 weeks and wanted to have a few things delivered. Would anyone be able to explain the process and give me an idea of when I should place the order? Thank You!

Hi Cartier! Welcome back to planDisney. It's great to see you here again, and I'm so excited that you are counting down the DAYS until your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Let's go!

As I mentioned to you in a previous answer, I absolutely adore Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and I know you're going to love your stay there. Don't miss the towering Christmas tree in the Gran Destino Tower and the other decorations and atmosphere throughout the resort hotel. It's going to be so magical!

My family always orders or brings groceries with us when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort. On our visit this past summer, we ordered groceries from Amazon Prime Now to be delivered to our resort hotel. At check-out, set the delivery address for your Disney Resorts Collection hotel's address, which you can find on each hotel's home page underneath the map. Disney's Coronado Springs Resort's address is:

    1000 West Buena Vista Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8403

In the line where you write your name, be sure to add "GUEST" (so: Your Name - GUEST). This way, Bell Services will know how to direct your package. Note that if you order certain medications or alcohol, you will need to meet the delivery driver, so be sure to set a delivery time when you will be at the hotel. Otherwise, Bell Services will hold your groceries - they even have a cold room for your refrigerated items. When you arrive, let the front desk know that you have groceries waiting with Bell Services.  If you pick the groceries up yourself, there will be no charge. If you have Bell Services deliver to your room, the charge is $6; a tip is customary but not required (usually $1-2 per bag, more for heavy items). You'll need to be in your room to meet Bell Services if you choose to have the groceries brought to your room.

For non-grocery deliveries, the same process applies. I would check with your vendor for when to place the order for delivery on the date you wish. When I ordered from Amazon, I was able to see possible delivery dates and times and select the one that I wanted; I ordered the day before my arrival date, but I would begin looking into this now as different vendors may have different windows. The Mail Services webpage is a great resource for information about package delivery.

I hope this helps as you count down the days and finalize your plans. Thank you for stopping by with another great question, and please come back and see us if you think of anything else. The halls are decked, the hot cocoa is brewing, and Mickey is ready to welcome you for a magical holiday! Enjoy every minute!

    Wishing you much magic,
