Woo-hoo! Your trip to the
Walt Disney World Resort is fast approaching, and I bet you're starting to feel the magic. Once you're here, you'll be able to experience the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which is one of my favorite special events of the year. I really recommend that you don't miss it (you won't regret it!), and that you take advantage of all the limited-time photo opportunities, festival booths, merchandise items, and entertainment offerings.
Amanda, I'm sorry to read that you haven't been able to input your room requests through the My Disney Experience mobile app, but don't fret! There are a couple of options that you can try. The first thing you could do is to log into your
My Disney Experience account through the Walt Disney World Resort website. If you haven't linked your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, you'll need to do this before you proceed. Once linked, you'll be able to access your reservation details when you click on "Update Check-In". If you scroll down, you should see a drop-down menu below "Room Location Requests". Keep in mind that you can only make two requests at this time.
The steps above should be enough for you to get it done, but if you're still having trouble with your room requests, I suggest that you
speak to a friendly Cast Member at 0800 16 90 730. I've had technical issues before, and calling the team has always been helpful! That being said, please don't hesitate to come back here with any other questions you might have. My friends and I would love to help!
