Hi there, Christian!
I can't imagine a better way to start a day than to dine at the
Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch at 'Ohana on the second floor of
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It sounds like you have a wonderful day planned.
Personally, I would call at least one day before your breakfast reservation to book an inexpensive private car service to get from
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It would be the most time efficient and stress-free mode of transportation. However, if you'd like to explore options that involve complimentary Disney transportation, check in with the Guest Services team at your home resort. Ask if they are running a breakfast bus to transport guests with early dining reservations to their destinations. This service is often available. You'll want to ask this question at least 24 hours prior to your breakfast time so you know where and at what time you should board that bus.
After breakfast, getting to Epcot will be incredibly easy. You don't even need to board the
resort monorail in the Great Ceremonial House and then transfer to the Epcot-bound monorail at the Ticket & Transportation Center (TTC). Instead, you can walk through the beautiful gardens of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort directly to the TTC to board your Epcot-bound monorail. Follow the signs or simply ask a Cast Member to point you in the right direction. You'll be at Epcot in no time.
Wishing you many magical memories on your upcoming trip,
Jill
