We'll be staying at the Coronado Springs Resort 5/31-6/6. My mother has a hard time walking due to a previous stroke. Can you recommend the best location to stay at the resort that is closet to the main lodge, food and bus stop? Thank you!!:P

    Hi Katherine!

I have stayed at Coronado Springs twice in the past. It is a very beautiful resort - especially first thing in the morning as the sun is coming up.

The buildings at this resort are separated into three different areas - Casitas, Ranchos and Cabanas. Each of these areas has its own bus stop in addition to the main bus stop at El Centro.

The building closest to El Centro which houses the restaurants, front desk, gift shop and main bus stop is Casitas 1. This building is extra convenient because it offers a covered walkway to get to El Centro - very nice in case it's raining outside!

The next closest building to El Centro would be Cabanas 9B. On my previous stays I was in the Cabanas section both times. It is slightly farther from El Centro, but closer to the main pool than the Casitas.

Both Casitas 1 and Cabanas 9B would be very good choices for you to request to be close to the main building.

Good luck and enjoy your vacation!
