Welcome to planDisney, Lauren.
How out-of-this-world excited are you that you're staying at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort? Be prepared to “forget about your worries and your strife.” There's the most elegant blend of Spanish, Mexican, and Southwest American cultures at this truly romantic Resort. Are you a pool person, Lauren? Because I am! And Cornado Springs has, in my humble opinion, one of THE coolest pools on property. The Myran pyramid replica is awe-inspiring and such a fun feature. Your joy is about to soar to infinity and beyond!
But before we go any further, it's important to have the "bare necessities of life." So let's begin with the most important thing of all: coffee! You'll be pleased to know that you'll find a K-Cup coffee brewer in your room. You'll also be provided with a healthy supply of Joffrey's K-Cups (regular and decaf), as well as creamer, sugar, and stirrers. If you need a break from coffee, you'll also find Twinings tea bags. As Mrs. Potts once said, “I have found that most troubles seem less troubling after a bracing cup of tea.” During your stay, housekeeping will gladly replenish your coffee and tea supplies. However, if you need extra, you can always call from your in-room phone and they'll be happy to serve you.
Your room will also come with a mini-refrigerator (yay!). Unfortunately, there are no microwaves in the rooms at Coronado Springs. However, you can access a microwave at
El Mercado de Coronado. So you should be all set!
Lauren, if you want to enjoy an exceptional meal, I'd highly recommend eating at
Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood. "If you're stressed, it's fine dining we suggest!" The food is absolutely delectable (mmmmmmm... the Braised Lamb Shank), but you'll also be wowed by the stunning décor and spectacular views of Walt Disney World.
I hope you have a magical vacation, Lauren. Thanks for being our Guest.
Mike
