Hi Joann,
Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question. I am so glad to hear that you are exploring the Disney Resort Hotels for dining reservations. Walt Disney World has so many fabulous dining locations throughout the resort. My family enjoys moving about Walt Disney World property to sample the delicious fare at various locations.
Disney's Wilderness Lodge is absolutely lovely and offers some fabulous dining locations. Whether you are heading to
Whispering Canyon Cafe for delicious Western fare in a hoot-hollering fun setting, or maybe to
Story Book Dining at Artist Point for some character dining with the characters from Snow White, you are in for a treat. Be sure to plan some time to soak in the amazing lobby and ambiance at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
You will be able to take advantage of
Disney's Complimentary Resort transportation for this journey from
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Generally, you will need to transfer transportation when traveling from one Disney Resort Hotel to another. For this journey, if you are leaving directly from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, you should catch a bus to a theme park or Disney Springs, and from there transfer to transportation, typically another bus, to get you to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. A fun way to do this can be to hop on the first theme park or Disney Springs bus that comes to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort! While some of the theme parks may be geographically closer, it can matter more to save you time which bus arrives first. For a relaxing journey, you could take a bus to Magic Kingdom and then catch the boat across the lovely Bay Lake to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. For any of these options, I would allow 90 minutes of travel time.
Another option for you is to use
Disney Minnie Van Service. You can use this service through Lyft to get from one destination to another directly at Walt Disney World, so a Minnie Van could take you directly from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Please note that Disney Minnie Van Service does have an additional fee.
No matter how you choose to get to your delicious dining location, I hope that you have a wonderful time, Joann! Please feel free to come back to planDisney with any further questions while planning your vacation.
