I am staying at Coronado Springs Resort this coming February. This will be my very first visit to WDW. I want to make sure that the bus can get me to Magic Kingdom for Early Entry. If the busses run 45 min before open will it get us there for early entry?

Hey there, hi there, Kaitlin! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney, and I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great question!

I am so thrilled to see that the magic is calling you, and you're answering the call by planning your very first magical adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Eeeek! How exciting! And since you're staying at such a fabulous Disney Resort hotel (Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is one of my very favorite Resorts!) and plan to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry for Disney Resort Hotel Guests, it sounds like your planning is off to a practically perfect start. Now, let's chat about getting to the magic!

You are correct that the official start time for the complimentary Walt Disney World Bus Service is 45 minutes before park opening. However, in my experience as someone who "rope-drops" the theme parks (arrives before park opening) and always takes full advantage of Early Entry, the bus has always gotten me to the park with enough time to "rope-drop" Early Entry. So, Hakuna Matata, Kaitlin! It means "no worries."

I always make sure that my family and I are at our bus stop at Coronado Springs an hour before Early Entry begins. That way, we have time to wait for our bus to arrive, stop at the other bus stops at the Resort and make it to Magic Kingdom Park before the Early Entry opening. I have noticed that sometimes, the bus wait times may not be posted on the app or the screen yet early in the morning, but just relax, sip your coffee and get excited for your magic-filled day. Your bus will come for you!

Since the bus routes and times are subject to change, I do suggest chatting with a helpful Cast Member at your Resort's front desk about the current bus routes and times when you arrive, just to be sure. But I don't anticipate that you'll have any issues, so enjoy your early morning magic!

I hope this helps, Kaitlin, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable time! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in planDisney!

    See ya real soon,

    Mandy
