    Staying at Coronado Springs and POFQ in May, on regular dining plan. Booked Tuskers for breakfast, looking for some quick service breakfast suggestions besides the hotels we are staying at. Previous trips stayed at POP, ALM & ASMU. Will be 6 adults. Th

    Coronado Springs is my favorite moderate resort.  The rooms and amenities are gorgeous, and, in my opinion are very similar to those found in some of the deluxe properties.  You are sure to have a fabulous stay. As for top notch quick service venues,  my boys and I are huge fans of Main Street Bakery for a yummy Magic Kingdom breakfast.  At Epcot, we love Sunshine Seasons.  At Hollywood Studios, we head to Staring Rolls Cafe or Fairfax Fare and at Animal Kingdom, we enjoy Pizzafari.
