    2 ?. Staying at Coronado Springs in May 11. We are driving to FL. Do you suggest we pre-register check in online before we leave for the road trip? We have a preferred room, should I call hotel to make sure we have a room close to everything now? T Y

    Hi Maria,

    Love that you are planning ahead because while May seems a long ways away right now, it will be here before you know it.  If you didn't make a special room request when you made your reservations, I'd suggest calling (or notify your travel agent if you booked that way) and asking that they make a note of it. 

    Beginning ten days prior to your arrival, you can call the Coronado Springs Resort directly at 407-939-1000 to confirm your request is noted.  Make sure you also mention it when you arrive.

    Keep in mind that when you make a room request, it is a request and is not guaranteed. They will make every effort meet your request but its not always possible.

    I love taking advantage of online check in because it can save a lot of time when you arrive.  If there isn't an opportunity to note any special requests that I have, I usually make a follow up call to make sure its noted.
