We are staying at Coronado Springs for the first time and it says there is a nightly campfire but I cannot find any other info about it. We have attended the one at Fort Wilderness and I am wondering if it's similar. Any insight would be great! Thanks!

    Hi Lisa!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question!

There is indeed a nightly campfire and Movies Under the Stars at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Upon your arrival and check-in at the resort, you'll receive a Recreation Calendar in your Welcome Package. On the calendar, you'll find the listing of Disney movie titles showing for the upcoming week, as well as the timing of the campfire and movie. Timing does vary throughout the year since movies and campfires are much more fun as the sun goes down!

Unlike the campfire at Disney's Fort Wilderness, there is no sing-a-long with Chip and Dale to accompany the campfire at Coronado Springs ... however there are usually some tasty marshmallows for the kids to roast!

If you have additional questions about your upcoming stay, please don't hesitate to write me back!
I'd love to hear from you again - and assist you in the planning of your family's vacation.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Lisa!
