Hola Courtney, and welcome back to
planDisney!
You must be so excited about your upcoming adventure to
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. The unique blend of Spanish, Mexican, and American Southwest cultures come together to create a relaxing, immersive vacation experience. Most resort rooms are located within three clusters: the Casitas, the Ranchos, and the Cabanas. The Tower Rooms are located in the Gran Destino Tower, which is situated next to El Centro, home to the main lobby,
shopping, and
several restaurants.
When departing for the theme parks, buses at Disney's Grand Coronado Resort first pick up Guests at the Casitas bus stop, followed by the Ranchos, Cabanas, and finally the Gran Destino Tower. Upon returning, the buses drop off in the same order. If you prefer to be one of the first passengers on and off the bus, you will want to request a room in the Casitas section of the resort. If your priority lies with proximity to the
Dig Site, (the main pool), I'd recommend the Cabanas, and for the most tranquil experience, a room in the Ranchos area would be muy bueno. The biggest advantage to multiple bus stops in the same resort is never having to walk very far from your room to catch a ride.
I hope you enjoy your stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Courtney! I was fortunate to be a Guest here last year, and the recent enhancements and addition of the Gran Destino Tower are fantastic. Be sure to enjoy a meal or snack al fresco at
Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago. The view is spectacular and the Spanish-American cuisine is delicioso! Thanks for coming back to chat with us, and if there is anything else we can help with before your vacation begins,
stop by again.
¡Buen viaje!
