Hiya, Lisa! Welcome to planDisney!
In my humble opinion, there’s no better place to celebrate a birthday than at
The Most Magical Place on Earth! I’m sure your daughter will be over the moon to be spending her magical day at Walt Disney World. Please wish her a Happy Birthday on behalf of all of us here at planDisney!
Also, great choice of your resort, Lisa!
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is one of my all-time favorite resorts at Walt Disney World. The rooms in the Gran Destino Tower are especially lovely, and there are so many good dining options! My favorite is the
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago. Located at the intersection of the three bridges spanning Lago Dorado, it’s such a beautiful setting for a restaurant.
Since you mentioned having dinner reservations at EPCOT on the evening of June 17, I would likely plan EPCOT for that day. For your other three days, there’s really no right or wrong answer. You will have a fabulous time regardless of the order you do the parks in. Based on my personal experiences, here are a few things to consider. In my opinion, EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom have more relaxed vibes, while Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios feel more high-energy. I tend to leapfrog the parks in that fashion. So, you could visit EPCOT on June 17, then Disney’s Hollywood Studios on June 18, Disney’s Animal Kingdom on June 19, and close out the trip with Magic Kingdom Park on June 20.
If June 18 is your daughter's birthday,
Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios would be a wonderful way to close out the evening, while
Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park is always a great way to end a trip to Walt Disney World Resort.
If I may make a suggestion, a special dining reservation is a great way to celebrate a birthday. If you'll be visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios on June 18, consider heading over to Disney's Riviera Resort for a reservation at
Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera. It’s a beautiful and delicious signature restaurant. It would be a lovely reservation for a birthday celebration!
And no celebration at Walt Disney World is complete without picking up a celebration button! You can find these at the front desk at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, from any
Guest Relations window, and most merchandise locations across property. It’s a fun way to show off your daughter’s birthday!
I hope this answers your question, Lisa! If you have any other questions as your visit approaches, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at
planDisney. We’re always happy to help!
See you real soon!
