We have a 2 y.o. and will be staying at Coronado Springs in Apr. I am concerned about the Disney transportation, I've hear it can be croweded, make multiple stops, and have long wait times. We are driving down, should we just drive to the parks instead?

    Hi Amber!

You are correct that Coronado Springs Resort is big, it is so big that it has it's own internal bus service to get you to El Centro which is the main building where you can get the buses to the Parks!  If you have a car, I would definitely recommend that you drive your car to all the Theme Parks except for Magic Kingdom.  If you drive to Magic Kingdom with your car, you have to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center, then take a tram from the parking lot to the Ticket and Transportation Center.  When you get to the Ticket and Transportation Center, you will need to take a Monorail or a Ferry Boat across the Seven Seas Lagoon to the Magic Kingdom.  If you take a Disney bus from Coronado Springs, you will get dropped off near the gates of the Magic Kingdom.

I hope that your next trip to Walt Disney World is truly magical!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
