    We are staying in the Coronado Resort for our trip in Feb. 2013. Are all the pillows feather or down? I am allergic to feather as is my travelling companion. Is it possible to ask for non-feather (down) pillows?

    Hi Liana! Getting the kind of pillow you need is not an issue at the Disney resorts. Make sure when you check in you ask for the kind you will need and explain the allergy to feather pillows. Many of the resorts offer the soft foam but its best to be sure. If you haven't had a response after about 30 minutes from the time you get into your room simply pick up the phone and call housekeeping yourself. Sometimes I have better luck just waiting and calling once I am in the room. They are usually very prompt unless it is late in the evening so don't delay with your request!
