Staying at Coronado resort and will be having dinner the first night at Boatrights Dinning Hall at Port Orleans . What is the best way to get there? How much time should we account for?

Hello, Amanda! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

A tasty dinner at Boatwright's Dining Hall on your arrival night sounds like a delicious way to kick off your magical vacation! There are multiple transportation options to navigate the Walt Disney World Resort. Here are some ideas to get you to your dinner on your arrival day.

Just recently, Disney’s adorable and oh so convenient Minnie Van™ Service rolled out for all guests throughout the entire resort. This service will take you anywhere on property in style! Each Minnie Van fits up to 6 guests and is equipped with 2 versatile car seats for any young mouseketeers riding with you.

You can also jump on a bus to Epcot and transfer there to a bus headed to Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside resort. I found this option by searching on the My Disney Experience app and using the search toolbar, locating your destination, selecting Get Directions, and entering your next stop. This handy tool is great for navigating the resort during your visit. It even gives you a travel time estimate. For this trip, it estimated 64-minute travel time. Be sure to allow another 30-minutes of wait time for the buses just in case. You don’t want to feel rushed.

One last tip! Be sure to have the My Disney Experience mobile app downloaded to your cell before you arrive so you are ready to go as soon as you get to the magic.

I hope this information is helpful! Please don’t hesitate to visit us again soon for any planning tips or questions about your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    See ya real soon!
