We are staying at the Coronado and have reservations at Boma the first night that we get in. How much time should we allow to arrive for our reservations at 7:10? We don't mind taking a tour of the WDW property, but won't be going to any parks probably.

    Hello Missy!

Boma is such a great place to kick off your vacation.  I think it's worth the trek for the zebra domes alone.

If you don't mind bus rides and transfers, I would probably hop a bus from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park (AK).  AK closes at 7:00pm on March 18th, so you should have no problems getting a bus.  Then, when you arrive at AK, transfer to a bus for Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I would allow at least 60-90 minutes for this trip.  If you happen to arrive at Animal Kingdom Lodge early, you can walk around the lobby and take in all of the wonderful details.

The other alternative is to take a taxi.  Just call down to Bell Services before you leave your room and they will make sure a taxi is waiting for you.  We've never had to wait more than a minute or two for a taxi at Coronado Springs.  Expect a trip to Animal Kingdom Lodge to cost around $15.  If you are using a taxi, you can plan on leaving around 45 minutes prior to your reservation time.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!  Please come back and see me if you have any other questions.

    Have a Disney Day!
