we will be staying at the Coranado Springs in December, what area of the resort would you recommend staying with a 10 and 7 year old....

    Hi there, Angela!

    Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
is loaded with fun amenities for the whole family.

While you are coming in December, not only might it still be warm enough for swimming, but pools at Walt Disney World are climate controlled during our cooler Florida months.

However, you also are dealing with little ones who love their snacks and need lots of energy to keep going!

To that end, I would strongly suggest Building 9B in the Cabanas section of the Resort. Not only is it convenient to the main pool (and its awesome play area!), but it's also reasonably close to the food court.

Any building in that vicinity will put you in easy reach of the most important options for your little ones. And now that the Resort has implemented an internal shuttle system, the walk from anywhere to anywhere else is no longer a daunting prospect at all.

    Have a wonderful stay!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
