    we will be staying at the contemporary. my 7 yr old son is crazy about swimmimg pools and all the slides etc.. will he be happy with the slide and pool at the contemporary. he liked port orleans riverside and carribbean beach where we have stayed befor.

    I think one of the best things about visiting the different resorts at Walt Disney World is exploring the resort pools.  They are all fantastically themed, and all very unique.  I am sure your son will be very happy with the pools at Disney's Contemporary Resort - you can see some photos here.   

    Disney's Contemporary Resort features 2 pools - the larger pool includes a 17-foot high curving slide ,the second pool is a round, quiet pool which is shallow on the outside and deeper in the center. Additionally,
    there is a wading pool for little ones.
