We will be staying at the Contemporary Resort soon, and I am looking into Amazon Prime Now for delivery of snacks and water. If we place an order while we are out at a park, will the front desk accept our order and hold it for us until we get back?

    Hi Lisa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

Although I’ve never used Amazon Prime Now, I do use “regular” Prime frequently and I’ve had great experience using them to deliver all kinds of items to my Walt Disney World Resort hotel. All you need to do is put in the address for Disney’s Contemporary Resort (you can find it on the bottom right corner of that link) and then, when you put in your name, make sure to say GUEST ARRIVING MM/DD. If you’re already checked in, adding in your room number would also be good. If there are any perishable items in your order, they can be stored by Bell Services (they have a refrigerated holding area).

When you return to your Resort, you can stop by the front desk in order to pick up your package or head to your room and call them to ask for it to be delivered to your room. Finally, please note that there will be a service fee ($5 from what I remember) charged for every package that arrives at your Resort for you, regardless of how it’s ultimately delivered to your hotel room.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
