We are staying at the Contemporary hotel, and curious about the hotel room set up. When doing the online check it asks if I want an Even or Odd numbered room. Do Odd numbered rooms have views of Magic Kingdom? Thanks

    Hi Stephanie,

I spent a few amazing days in a Magic Kingdom view room at the Contemporary Resort last month, and I can attest that the view is indeed spectacular.

If you have booked a Magic Kingdom view, you should have the same scene from your balcony whether you are in an even-numbered or odd-numbered room. I had an even number, and a friend staying at the same time had an odd number on a different floor. The photos we each took from our balconies overlooking Magic Kingdom were virtually identical.

I believe the even or odd reflects the room's layout. In my even-numbered room, the beds were on the right, and the sofa was on the left. It appeared the layout was reversed in the odd-numbered room.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope that helps as you make your final preparations. Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way. Enjoy the view and your stay at Walt Disney World!
