Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We will be staying at the Contemporary before our cruise on the Disney Fantasy, leaving November 17th. We are hoping to check out the monorail resorts that morning. What is the likelihood that we will get to see Christmas decorations at the resorts?

    Hi Kevin!  You are right at the time that many resorts will be putting their decorations up for the holidays. The Grand Floridian tries to get their gingerbread house up by that time but nothing has been published for this year's schedule. Many of the parks actually start the decorating the day after Halloween. The large Christmas tree at the Hollywood Studios was up last year on November 1. My guess is that without the published dates I would say you will see quite a bit up at the resorts by November 17. I hope I am correct as it sounds like a great way to make a nice send off to your cruise!
