Staying at Contemporary. Want to have breakfast at Cape May at Beach Club Resort, then plan to take boat over to Epcot that day. What transportation would be available to go from Contemporary over to Beach Club? Options? How early would they be available?

    Hi Lorraine,

There are buses that begin running at 6:30 a.m. for early character meals. You could take the monorail from the Contemporary one stop to the Transportation and Ticket Center and get a bus there to Cape May. But honestly, it will take you much less time if you simply hop in a cab directly from the Contemporary to the Beach Club. There are often cabs waiting at the deluxe hotels, but if not, the Bell Services desk can call one for you. The cab ride will cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $15 and could save you as much as half an hour of waiting time.

Once you're done with your meal at Cape May, it's actually easier just to walk to Epcot. As a frequent Beach Club guest, I've done this MANY times myself. The walk takes about five or six minutes and there's no waiting around for the boat to arrive. Easy peasy.

    Have a great trip!
