    If we are staying at the contemporary how would we get to animal kingdom and Hollywood Studios? The monorail doesn’t run to these parks right?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hEAR that you're planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds like you're thinking of (or already planning on) staying at one of my favorite Resort hotels, Disney's Contemporary Resort! I love being steps away from Magic Kingdom Park and having Chef Mickey's right inside our Resort hotel!

    One of my favorite amenities that comes along with staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort is having Monorail Transportation running right through the Resort hotel! Taking the monorail to Magic Kingdom Park or Epcot is a breeze and so much fun. You're right: monorails do not run to Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I have great news for you, though! You will be able to use the complimentary Walt Disney World Bus Service from Disney's Contemporary Resort to both theme parks! There will be a bus stop conveniently located just outside the door of the Resort hotel. Buses typically operate in 20-minute intervals. After a day of fun and exploration, you will be able to board a bus at either theme park to take you back to the Contemporary Resort hotel, too!

    Danielle, if you're visiting on (or after) June 30th of this year, the new Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios will be open! I hope you'll be able to stop by Andy's backyard and experience what it feels like to be shrunk down to the size of a toy!
